Impatiens ‘Super Sonic White’ is a vigorously growing New Guinea Impatiens bred and selected for superior performance. It has large (up to 3 inches) white flowers, and is a bit more sun-loving than the other Impatiens. They will tolerate more sun if their roots are kept moist. Mature Height is 12 to 18 inches. Mature Spread is 9 to 12 inches. Plant in Full Shade to Partial Shade. For Zones 3-11. Can become a perennial in Zones 9-11. Impatiens are symbolic of “Motherly Love”. In the medieval Mary gardens devoted to the Virgin Mary, Impatiens plants were called “Our Lady’s Earrings.” The individual colors have not been given separate meanings.
